      Try reading a Hemmingway novel they bore me to sleep every time. By the time you end a sentence you are three pages in of monotonous rambling of adjectives.

    I have tried so many things and I have school and I can’t fall asleep until 7 or 8 in the morning and I sleep until 4pm idk what else to do

      Yes try and be very active during a day I am the same way it works if you are very active and moving during the day since your active you won’t fall asleep and then at the time you want to go to sleep you will have no energy to stay awake

    Yeah i have done ALL of these. Pills seem to be the only option at this point. There may be risks but this is waaaay worse

    Im 36 and i suffer insomnia for a couple of yrs. Its all begun when i was xperienced panic attacked 2 yts ago.until now i cant recover

    Getting your child stay sleep at night it’s as easy as maintaining a routine and following through without Counting. I’m sure there will be those bad nights where they don’t want to listen but those are the nights where you need to be most strict. They’re looking to take advantage of you in your moments of weakness don’t show them any.

    I was prescribed by a neurosurgeon. I have problems with cerebral vessels. I drink at night. After about 20-30 minutes I fall asleep easily. Sleep lasts about 6 hours. In the morning, there are no consequences of taking. The head does not hurt, there is no sleepiness for half a day.     Well I have school I can’t fall asleep and I hate that so much I tried Everything But It Does Not Work I Stay Up And When I Get Up In The Morning Then Im Really mad I did not get any sleep
